Privacy Policy
Overview
Blaze is built with a "Privacy First" architecture. As a native macOS application that acts as a harness for CLI agents, your data remains under your control. We do not operate a centralized cloud service that stores your code, prompts, or conversation history.
Data Collection
Blaze collects minimal technical telemetry to improve performance and stability. This includes:
- Crash reports and error logs (anonymized)
- Performance metrics related to CLI execution times
- App usage statistics (e.g., which engines are most used)
We **do not** collect:
- Your source code
- Your API keys
- The contents of your conversations with AI models
- Your file system structure
Third-Party Services
Blaze interfaces directly with third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) via their respective CLI tools. When you use these engines, your data is subject to the privacy policies of those providers. Blaze simply provides the interface and does not intercept or store this traffic.
Security
Your API keys and session logs are stored locally on your machine using macOS's secure storage mechanisms (Keychain and encrypted application support directories). You are responsible for the security of your own local environment.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
