Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blaze, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

License

Blaze is open-source software. The application is provided under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3). You are free to use, modify, and redistribute the software in accordance with the terms of that license.

Use of AI Services

Blaze is a client-side tool that interfaces with third-party AI providers. You are responsible for maintaining your own API keys and adhering to the usage policies, rate limits, and billing terms of providers like Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI. Blaze is not responsible for any costs incurred or service interruptions from these third parties.

No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability

Blaze is a tool for developers. You understand that AI agents can perform destructive actions (like deleting files or running shell commands) if instructed. Blaze provides security modes and review gates, but you are ultimately responsible for the actions performed by agents under your supervision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
